Have you thought about becoming a Gaia Ambassador? (Learn More...) Our Ambassadors are community leaders who help Gaia Community, and its members, to grow and flourish, connect and dream. They help others feel at home here, and encourage them to be the change they wish to see. They invite friends (and strangers) who they think might appreciate, and contribute to, the energy. They're committed to being a beacon of love, service and enthusiasm, both online and out in their own communities. In short, they're quintessential Gaia members who've offered to be of service on the site. As part of our Ambassador application process, we ask our lovely members a few questions. How are you being the change *you* wish to see?Plainly, being open to change is healthier than resisting what does not work. When ever I am faced with a dead end of some kind I wholeheartedly welcome my innate willingness to venture into the unknown, where ever my intuition calls me, and recreate life within and around me. What's your personal philosophy or purpose? What are your deepest values?I am a very positive, enthusiastic person who believes in the best of people. I value honesty (to self and others), family and community. I want to savour and enjoy every moment in life. I love the feeling of going to bed and feeling that I have a life well-lived. I believe in love (at all levels) and beauty, but find my patience is stretched by selfishness and unkindness. My purpose is to do what I can to make the world a better place. A community in Gaia allows me to do that. The positive energy created by thousands of people around the world, sharing the love and joy of life must make the world a better place. |
