Have you thought about becoming a Gaia Ambassador? (Learn More...) Our Ambassadors are community leaders who help Gaia Community, and its members, to grow and flourish, connect and dream. They help others feel at home here, and encourage them to be the change they wish to see. They invite friends (and strangers) who they think might appreciate, and contribute to, the energy. They're committed to being a beacon of love, service and enthusiasm, both online and out in their own communities. How are you being the change *you* wish to see?I believe in organic and evolutionary change. My most precious paths of study are in western mysticism and also in modern technology. One may say they are unrelated, but I see them as pertinent to the evolutionary direction of mankind. We first must understand each other than we must understand the world we live in. At that point we can evolve onto higher consciousness. There are many ways to “be the change”. My way is by bringing important philosophical questions into the mainstream. Putting it out on the table so it can be looked at candidly and with a bit humor. Regular people need philosophy too and it has become my self-proclaimed mission to bring it to the masses in an engaging, interesting and digestible way. Until we start publicly asking the big questions, we will never arrive at the big answers. I believe that religion, science and philosophy all need to quit bickering and get together to compare notes. I’ve used Gaia as a platform to do that and will continue to do so as long as I feel the resonance. What's your personal philosophy or purpose? What are your deepest values? |
