This simple Avocado Salad recipe is quick and easy to prepare. A zesty dressing complements the texture of sesame seeds and ripe avocados.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
½ package organic mixed greens
1 package organic romaine lettuce
2 medium avocados
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. seeded mustard
Wash greens and romaine and tear into bite sized pieces.
Place in a large serving bowl.
Peel and slice avocados and place on top of leaves.
In a small skillet, lightly toast sesame seeds on low heat, add the oil, mustard and lemon and serve immediately.
