Good Morning Smoothie

Quick and easy! An excellent source of fiber and antioxidants. Use almond mlk for increased protein content. Use organic ingredients whenever possible.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 1 minute
Serves: one

1 banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plain organic yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp. pure dark maple syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
2 cups organic rice or almond milk
dried coconut

Combine all ingredients in blender and frappe for 1 minute -
Garnish with coconut
