Steph Schwartz

Steph loves to help people realize their awesomeness through creative sequences and heart-opening chants.

For nearly 10 years, she has taught vinyasa yoga in Boulder, CO. Her classes focus on breath and body awareness, hands-on adjustments, and heart-opening, accessible chants. By reminding her students that 'we're all in this together,' students experience a profound connection to their own true nature, and ultimately feel more connected to one another.

Off the mat you will find Steph leading yoga and Kirtan events, on the trails with her dog Boogie Woogie, eating Asian food, or jumping out of airplanes.

    Can you please tell me what sound track you use for Episode 3 of Season 1 - specially the sound track at the end (a woman singing - )
