Power Yoga
POWER YOGA IN SANTA MONICA CHANGED MY LIFE…
Before I discovered poweryoga, my practice was not deep and commited; I just tried to go every few months. After my first class at poweryoga, I was hooked, I go 4 to 5 times a week and try never to let more than one day pass without practicing. Each instructor is unique and has their loyal following, allowing you to tailor your practice to what your needs are each day. I love the fact that I'm not hassled by a sign in process when I walk in; I simply find my spot, work hard, and donate what I feel in the box on the way out. I am loyal to Ally and Rudy, but find Anaswara, Mark, and Bryan of course, to bring amazing energy to the practice.
My Schedule:
Tues 830pm-Ally
Thurs 8:30pm-Ally
Fri 830pm- Ally
Sat 10am-Rudy
Sun 4pm-Rudy

Help

If I were to put a list together of the top 5 things I'd miss if I ever moved away from the Westside Power Yoga would be #1 or #2. I'm totally serious. I love their classes and the vibe and fact that their donation-based is awesome because when cash is there you can give a little more and when cash is tight you can give a little less. They have tremendous instructors who each have their own style. A sampling…
Bryan - The man himself. Intense classes that are almost always packed.
Ally - One of my favs. Good workouts, especially on T and Th nights. Live music by her husband on Fri nights(!)
Rudy - Another really good workout. I love his Sat AM class.
Govindas - More laid back class with some chanting thrown in.
If you live on the Westside or ever visit definitely check out Power Yoga!
