Terrill Welch - A Woman behind Women

Terrill Welch’s life-long objective is to facilitate equality, diversity, and community through action-oriented opportunities.

As the founder of Terrill Welch - A Woman Behind Women, Terrill provides leadership and executive coaching services in a holistic and integrated approach for achieving success. She believes that we all have the capacity and ability to live our lives with synergistic, fluid intent – and that this will happen through our ability to recognize and act on our opportunities to lead.

Terrill has a professional degree from the University of Victoria and graduate certification from Royal Roads University, and over twenty years of leadership experience including her work as Director of Stopping the Violence and Regional Programs Branch (BC government), and has published the following books: Protocols in Response to Violence Against Women in Relationships (1994). Leading Raspberry Jam Visions: Women’s Way – an inside track for women leaders (2005).
