Day 1: Non-Judgment
Today's challenge is to be an impartial witness to your experience. Observation without judgment helps you see what is on your mind without editing or intellectualizing it, or getting lost in your thoughts.
Today's Mantra: "There is no room for judgment or resentment in my life."
Day 2: Non-Striving
Today's challenge is to have no goal other than to simply be yourself. It's not about achieving bliss, relaxation or anything else.
Today's Mantra: "Everything I need is already within me."
Day 3: Non-Attachment
Today's challenge is to let go of thoughts, ideas, things, events, desires, views, hopes and experiences, both pleasant and unpleasant. Allowing things to be as they are, without getting caught up in our attachment to or rejection of them. Let go of resistance or struggle, and allow things to be just as they are.
Today's Mantra: "I let go of what's not serving me."
Day 4: Acceptance
Today's challenge is to have a willingness to see things the way they are. By fully accepting what each moment offers, you are able to experience life much more completely.
Today's Mantra: "I fully accept what each moment of this day offers me."
Day 5: Being Present
Today's challenge is to free yourself of expectations from past experience. Remove the attachment of the past and just be. Watch the moments unfold, with no agenda other than to be fully present. Use the breath as an anchor to tether your attention to the present moment.
Today's Mantra: "What's in this moment is all that matters."
Day 6: Patience
Today's challenge is to remember that things must unfold in their own time. Practicing patience is an alternative to the mind’s restlessness and urgency. Today, we will not let our anxieties and desires for certain results dominate the quality of the moment.
Today's Mantra: "I fill my heart with patience and compassion."
Day 7: Trust
Today's challenge is to trust in yourself and your feelings. To manifest trust is to live with a feeling of confidence that things can unfold within a dependable framework that embodies order and integrity.
Today's Mantra: "I trust my mind, my heart and my body to guide me."
