I would love to see resources like this that are not video, but rather web sites, readings, books, etc. I don't really have time for TV, but could take a print/reading resource with me somewhere.

I live in Australia and though I love Gaiam TV less than 20% of 'Beyond the Yoga Mat' content is available to me. Please help? Im not sure I understand..

What does that even mean? All yoga is beyond the mat and well, it is the mat too. The mat is the smallest part of yoga.

It means that it's a collection of videos that you can sit back and watch rather than the practical collection of videos for which you do need a mat. Namaste
