Laughter is an innate healing mechanism. As an M.D.- Healer, I became a certified Laughter Yoga teacher.  Now, I laugh at least 5 minutes a day when I drive in the car. Fake or real, laughter is powerful for healing anything, balancing the chakras, and creating flow.  It prevents energy from becoming stuck and later creating disease. Try it, it's fun!
