Yeap, sounds like home to me! Lol! the image of the dogs getting locked out is priceless! I can’t imagine there is no protest, scratching at the door and whining “mom you don’t love us anymore!” Luckily Ruthie and Tuff often fall asleep in the dinning room in their bed shortly after we finish eating but not before checking out the leftovers. So there is a wee bit of time in the late evening before they come to again and move off to finish the night out in our bed. Our cat just shuffles off disgusted and sits in the window to swat at moths attracted to the candle light.
