Gabriel, that’s a great idea and it all planned for our events stuff, coming in or around the 3rd quarter. Some pieces will be in place before that.
Right now, you can search by city via the ‘Location’ field on the Zaadzsters/People . The location field will search for the City, Region/State/Province and Country fields. A search for New York would bring up New York state and and New York City - although many would proably use NY instead. That’s the trade off for having users use text box instead of a pulldown - they can put exactly what they want, but it makes searching more difficult. We may change this in the future!
I searched for Zaadsters in the Austin area to put a call out for volunteers for the Tour d'Organics. It looks like we might have a zaadz hosted rest stop!
I plan to do this in other locations as well.
