Traditonal teaching has implied that honesty in business would almost entail a 'sacrifice in terms of economic success”. This has put off youngsters & the ambitious to retain hinesty in business. It is now necessary to change this teaching. We must be very positive and provide sufficient examples that show the “profit and economic success that stems from honesty”. In this era where 'short term” attitudes prevail; dishonesty is a tempting path if perceptions of honesty are linked to economic loss in exchange for long term peace of mind. Youngsters dont buy that anymore.
