Lovely beings of Gaia!
My grandmother turned 80 this month. My Oma, as I call her, is one of the most amazing women I know: she celebrated this milestone by running a marathon. And she's more than just physically healthy: in addition to being an athlete, she's an artist, an ordained minister, and a world traveler (as I write this, she's in Morocco).
Needless to say, I have a bit of an unusual view of what's possible at the age of 80. And I love learning of other exceptions to the norm.
