A Quote by James Albert Michener on masters, living, art, work, play, love, and religion

The masters in the art of living make little distinction between their work and their play, their labor and their leisure, their minds and their bodies, their information, their recreation, their love and their religion. They hardly know which is which, they simply pursue their vision of excellence at whatever they do, leaving others to decide whether they are working or playing.

He seems to be saying that the truly 'integral' are those who aren't trying to be integral.  The only way to be integral is by giving yourself completely(body, mind, and soul) to what you love.  You're integral when you're not thinking of yourself as separated, but rather when your focused by a single intention… enthralled, in the zone… you're following your bliss.

Hmmm… I shold try that some time.
