Be A Man Or Woman Of Convictions.
As a child of God, you've got to have absolute, non-negotiable convictions that you believe and stand for.
To be a Christian without convictions is to be like a jelly-fish, which can't swim against the sea tide. Anywhere the water flows, the jelly-fish goes.
But when you have convictions, nothing and nobody can stop you. Let the fundamental principles of God's Kingdom which are in His Word, give you a fixed mental attitude that nothing can take away from you. Have something you stand for; that you're known for.
Remember, your convictions will determine your persuit in life; they will determine the friends you keep, the places you go, what you do with your time and what you commit your resources to. If you have convictions, it doesn't matter how many times you may fall, you'll always get up again.
I encourage you to take a pen and paper and list what you really believe about God and the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Let them be your convictions. God bless you.
