When difficulty arises, pause to pay attention to the state of your being in the moment, embrace and acknowledge that this moment has value to you, how is it giving you information on what aspects of you, you may not yet be fully accepting or appreciating. These are the eternal hallmarks of love. Appreciate anything about you in that moment, and it will begin to bring in that energy, acknowledge it, add to it, and allow it to give you a truer perspective on the challenge at hand.
