Since the birds are slaughtered at seven weeks, free range turns out to be not so much a lifestyle for these chickens as a two-week vacation option.
You can't cut a roast with a butterknife any more than you can dice a chicken with your tongue. Well, you can, maybe, but there are certainly better ways to do it.
