You were chosen by the Universe as an expression of Its greatness. Yet, with every thought and with every action, you must choose greatness or something less.

Being tatttooed has opened up a whole new way of life for me. I now have a whole circle of interesting friends.
The excitement of life is in the numinous experience wherein we are given to each other in that larger celebration of existence in which all things attain their highest expression, for the universe, by definition, is a single gorgeous celebratory event.
As youawaken you go beyond the need to perform and achieve when you go beyond it, you begin to develop an increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it. Love becomes what you are.
Every word that you express will return to you.

When we cultivate and refuse to separate those essential expressions of a human soul-our spirituality, sexuality, and creativity-we feed the fire of our being, we find that place whee the soul and the sensuous meet, we unfold."

Creativity is the greatest expression of liberty.
Sex as characteristic of the elements
Nature’s control over the lower orders of creative expression, such as in the chemical elements, is plainly indicated in their crystallization. Every truly balanced mating of equal halves crystallizes as a true cube, while the slightest deviation in balance departs from the cube.
Sex is not yet recognized as characteristic of the elements. It is supposedly limited to the organic or living things of Creation. Sex is the fundamental principle of Creation. Everything comes into the appearance of existence by the union of two opposite halves of a unit pattern, and everything repeats itself by the division of a unit into its positive and negative expressions. This is as true of the elements of matter as it is of animal and vegetable life.
The sex matings of the elements exactly coincide in effect with the sex matings of humans. Violent explosions in the elements have the same basic cause as such violent explosions as murder in humans. Terrific electric unbalance is the cause of both. Likewise, stability in the elements and in humans has the same cause in equality of balance.
Sodium and chlorine are good examples of positive and negative opposites of a pair which are equally but oppositely balanced with each other and each equally unbalanced with its fulcrum equator. When these two chemical elements “marry”, they become such perfectly balanced and stable mates that the chemists call them “affinities”.
"We must learn that the electric Universe of motion is divided into wave cycles which are equally divided into opposite expressions".
Nothing is so silly as the expression of a man who is being complimented.
Yet, every good thing is highly active and infinite in expression.
I was sick to the bone of disappearing by degrees, dissolving into library walls, playing my sad little violin of loneliness as time’s invisible ink wrote out my meaningless days even as it erased them. We imaginary people must live the Adventure passionately, set ourselves down with the liquefied marrow of Experience, or else lament the Moment’s passing with a whimper as our unrecorded voices are swallowed by silence.
Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion; it is not the expression of personality, but an escape from personality. But, of course, only those who have personality and emotions know what it means to want to escape from these things.
Love is never finished expressing itself, and it expresses itself better the more poetically it is dreamed.
I know more than I can express in words, and the little I can express would not have been expressed, had I not known more.
If you hear a voice within you say "you cannot paint," then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced.
Every human being brings a truth into the world. Every human being is a messenger of God - not only Jesus or Buddha or Zarathustra; they know they are; others don't know that they are. But the moment you are born you bring a truth in your being. And unless that truth is expressed you will not feel contented. Unless you deliver the message to the world you will feel a deep discomfort because you are not fulfilling your duty towards existence.
You have to sing the song of your heart. You have to dance your dance. You have to be utterly individual, not an imitation, not a carbon copy. You have to bring out your original face. The moment you are able to reveal your original face to the world, your life will be fulfilled. Tremendous joy arises out of it.
You are joy, looking for a way to express. It's not just that your purpose is joy, it is that you are joy. You are love and joy and freedom and clarity expressing. Energy, frolicking and eager, that's who you are. And so, if you're always reaching for alignment with that, you're always on your path and your path will take you into all kinds of places. We will not deny that you will not discover miracles, and create benefits and be involved in creation and that you will not uplift humanity, but we can't get away from the acknowledgement that you are Pure Positive Energy that translates into the human emotion of joy.
You are joy, looking for a way to express. It's not just that your purpose is joy, it is that you are joy. You are love and joy and freedom and clarity expressing. There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening
That is translated through you into action,
And because there is only one of you in all of time
This expression is unique.
And if you block it,
It will never exist through any other medium,
And be lost.
The world will not have it.
It is not your business to determine how good it is,
Nor how valuable, or how it compares with other expressions.
It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly,
to stay open and aware to the urges that motivate you.
Man has not yet learned to work for the joy of work, learn for the sake of growth, create for the expression and the exaltation in the act, or to love simply for the pleasure of loving: he still requires a reward. Until a man learns to do these things, hope will have to be his basic motivating force. In work, he'll require more wages and better titles; in knowledge, he'll require degrees and diplomas; in creativity, he'll require recognition; in love, he'll require assurance. Until he appreciates that each of these are their own reward, he'll need hope as his crutch. There is nothing wrong with hope; it is simply the second best thing. For love goes beyond hope. Hope is a beginning. Love is forever.
