Intention is the core of all conscious life.
It is our intentions that create karma, our intentions that help others,
our intentions that lead us away from the delusions of individuality
toward the immutable verities of enlightened awareness.
Conscious intention colors and moves everything.
Inspiration is intention obeyed.
You cannot change anything in your life with intention alone,
which can become a watered-down, occasional hope
that you'll get to tomorrow. Intention without action is useless.
Intent and service--that is my motto.
Have you ever heard about the effects of kindness on your brain? Wayne Dyer shares the amazing science of kindness in his book “Power of Intention.” It goes something like this:
Serotonin is the drug that makes you feel good. It’s what all the pharmaceutical companies pump into those wonderful little anti-depressants. It’s also a little drug God decided to pump through our brains when we do things he/she/it likes. It’s kinda like a little reward for good behavior, you know?
Anyway, get this: when you do something kind for someone else, the person you’re helping has serotonin released in her brain—she feels happier.
And so do you.
Good news! Two more serotonin-induced happier people in the world! Woo hoo!
But the most amazing thing is this: not only do you and the person you helped feel better, so does some random person who happened to watch your act of kindness.
Let’s be nice.
Unfortunately for me, intentions don't build character; action does.

For all whose intention is a shift in focus of consciousness to a higher dimension, it is helpful to be aware that kindness to all of life (example: even one's pet dog) raises the overall level because the energy of love calibrates very high. To raise the level of the sea lifts all of the ships afloat effortlessly. Love itself is a transformative energy.
When something seems to go wrong, it's invariably part of a larger right.
I want what's best and I trust the universe, not my little brain, to be the judge of what's best and how best to make it happen.
Faith is not contrary to the usual ideas, something that turns out to be right or wrong, like a gambler's bet: it's an act, an intention, a project, something that makes you, in leaping into the future, go so far, far, far ahead that you shoot clean out of time and right into Eternity, which is not the end of time or a whole lot of time or unending time, but timelessness, the old Eternal Now
Define Intention in the 'real world' you ask, It is one 5 days before Christmas, All expenditures, whether from the heart or the wallet, in the past or present, big or small, can be viewed as either "depleting" or "enriching."
Enriching works for me.
Many of the concepts behind Potentiation Electromagnetic Repatterning and the Regenetics Method outlined in this book may strike the reader as “cutting-edge.” While they may indeed appear that way in this day and age, most of them are also, paradoxically, extremely old. They stem from time-honored practices rooted in the curative power of prayer, shamanic medicine, and specifically the balanced use of sound and intention to heal in ways that can seem miraculous to many Westerners.

Intend to be Love

The inbreath of God.
My ultimate dream is to manage a set of businesses that all are born out of a purpose bigger than their product. I believe that is what my particular journey is about. I am somewhat tired of going to meetings where spiritual people talk about how the world can be a better place but with very little evidence of any tangible outcome. Maybe I'm impatient, maybe I'm intolerant, but I like to see things change in front of me. I want to see physical manifestations of spiritual intent. My greatest sense of spirituality or connectedness is when I'm with people who come together for a cause much larger than themselves and do great work. In fact, I probably prefer action with only partially good intentions over intentions only partially acted upon. And the best way I know how to do that is to keep identifying, managing, supporting, and helping businesses that have a purpose bigger than their product. I believe wholeheartedly that a new form of capitalism is emerging. More stakeholders (customers, employees, shareholders, and the larger community) want their businesses to think, to act, to feel, and to be connected with a larger context. That is spirituality in action. And that is what I am about.

A secret to leading with Right Intention is to love your work. When you believe in your company, service, or product and know that it makes the world a better place, your intention stays crystal clear.
"Although actions may speak louder than words, it is our intentions that reveal our soul."
We need to transcend our thoughts and desires to truly understand philosophy and the universe as a whole. However, in our everyday life, we deal with the micro universe and with our own affairs. Therefore we need to use our brain. To practice Tao is not to rid yourself of all thoughts. There are actually more occasions when you would use your true intention instead of non-desire.
Anything created with fake intention or pretense cannot last long.

The Dance
I have sent you my invitation, the note inscribed on the palm of my hand by the fire of living.
Don't jump up and shout, "Yes, this is what I want! Let's do it!"
Just stand up quietly and dance with me.
Show me how you follow your deepest desires, spiraling down into the ache within the ache, and I will show you how I reach inward and open outward to feel the kiss of the Mystery, sweet lips on my own, every day.
Don't tell me you want to hold the whole world in your heart.
Show me how you turn away from making another wrong without abandoning yourself when you are hurt and afraid of being unloved.
Tell me a story of who you are, and see who I am in the stories I am living.
And together we will remember that each of us always has a choice.
Don't tell me how wonderful things will be...someday.
Show me you can risk being completely at peace, truly okay with the way things are right now in this moment, and again in the next and the next and the next...
I have heard enough warrior stories of heroic daring.
Tell me how you crumble when you hit the wall, the place you cannot go beyond by the strength of your own will.
What carries you to the other side of that wall, to the fragile beauty of your own humanness?
And after we have shown each other how we have set and kept the learn, healthy boundaries that help us live side by side with each other, let us risk remembering that we never stop silently loving those we once loved out loud.
Take me to the places on the earth that teach you how to dance, the places where you can risk letting the world break your heart, and I will take you to the places where the earth beneath my feet and the stars overhead make my heart whole again and again.
Show me how you take care of business without letting business determine who you are.
When the children are fed but still the voices within and around us shout that soul's desires have too high a price, let us remind each other that it is never about the money.
Show me how you offer to your people and the world the stories and the songs you want our children's children to remember, and I will show you how I struggle, not to change the world, but to love it.
Sit beside me in long moments of shared solitude, knowing both our absolute aloneness and our undeniable belonging.
Dance with me in the silence and in the sound of small daily words, holding neither against me at the end of the day.
And when the sound of all the declarations of our sincerest intentions have died away on the wind, dance with me in the infinite pause before the next great inhale of the breath that is breathing us all into being, not filling the emptiness from the outside or from within.
Don't say, "Yes!"

Not that we were being insincere. Or maybe I should say we were being sincere in our insincerity.
Mastery of Intention is a deeply personal process that always occurs in the present. No technology, guru or savior, however advanced, can do for us what only a commitment to evolving and operating out of our own divine consciousness and physiology can achieve. The choice is ours in every now whether to give away our power to something or someone outside ourselves, or to summon the courage, integrity and impeccability to return home by walking the challenging but ultimately enlightening Black Road of Spirit.
Love is as love does. Love is an act of will--namely, both an intention and an action. Will also implies choice. We do not have to love. We choose to love.
When you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts—thoughts that negate your highest idea about a thing—think again! I want you to do this, literally. If you think you are in a doldrum, in a pickle, and no good can come of this, think again. If you think the world is a bad place, filled with negative events, think again. If you think your life is falling apart, and it looks as if you’ll never get it back together again, think again.
What if, by introducing healing sounds and intentions to the genome, sounds and intentions that derive from the same unified torsion energy of Source that I will argue ... is unconditional love, it is possible to key transposons in potential DNA to rearrange themselves and play the energy body in a higher octave, one more in tune with the unlimited creative consciousness of nonlocalized mind? What if we can thus raise the harmonics of our system of electromagnetic fields and fully align ourselves with our Higher Selves? What if by raising our vibratory frequency from within, we can repattern our electromagnetic blueprint and seal the Fragmentary Body, allowing us to transcend limiting dualistic patterns and elements related to these patterns—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual?
