That's a logical place to find each other because this place works almost as a natural selection for people that have this intention to jump off the margin of the map and we all meet here - where the lines of the map converge.  There is no point that is south of the South Pole. ... Those are the professional dreamers - they dream all the time.  And I think, through them, the great cosmic dreams come into fruition, because the universe dreams through our dreams.  And I think that there's many different ways for the reality to bring itself forward and dreaming is definitely one of these ways.

Have you ever heard about the effects of kindness on your brain? Wayne Dyer shares the amazing science of kindness in his book “Power of Intention.” It goes something like this:

Serotonin is the drug that makes you feel good. It’s what all the pharmaceutical companies pump into those wonderful little anti-depressants. It’s also a little drug God decided to pump through our brains when we do things he/she/it likes. It’s kinda like a little reward for good behavior, you know?

Anyway, get this: when you do something kind for someone else, the person you’re helping has serotonin released in her brain—she feels happier.

And so do you.

Good news! Two more serotonin-induced happier people in the world! Woo hoo!

But the most amazing thing is this: not only do you and the person you helped feel better, so does some random person who happened to watch your act of kindness.

My ultimate dream is to manage a set of businesses that all are born out of a purpose bigger than their product. I believe that is what my particular journey is about. I am somewhat tired of going to meetings where spiritual people talk about how the world can be a better place but with very little evidence of any tangible outcome. Maybe I'm impatient, maybe I'm intolerant, but I like to see things change in front of me. I want to see physical manifestations of spiritual intent. My greatest sense of spirituality or connectedness is when I'm with people who come together for a cause much larger than themselves and do great work. In fact, I probably prefer action with only partially good intentions over intentions only partially acted upon. And the best way I know how to do that is to keep identifying, managing, supporting, and helping businesses that have a purpose bigger than their product. I believe wholeheartedly that a new form of capitalism is emerging. More stakeholders (customers, employees, shareholders, and the larger community) want their businesses to think, to act, to feel, and to be connected with a larger context. That is spirituality in action. And that is what I am about.

A secret to leading with Right Intention is to love your work. When you believe in your company, service, or product and know that it makes the world a better place, your intention stays crystal clear.

Although actions may speak louder than words, it is our intentions that reveal our soul.

We need to transcend our thoughts and desires to truly understand philosophy and the universe as a whole. However, in our everyday life, we deal with the micro universe and with our own affairs. Therefore we need to use our brain. To practice Tao is not to rid yourself of all thoughts. There are actually more occasions when you would use your true intention instead of non-desire.

Anything created with fake intention or pretense cannot last long.
