We are on a journey of becoming that which we already are. That is the impossible paradox of our lives.

The past is gone. The future never arrives. In truth, there is no life outside of this moment.
Ubuntu is very difficult to render into a Western language... It is to say, 'My humanity is caught up, is inextricably bound up, in what is yours.
Since We have created you all from one same substance it is incumbent on you to be even as one soul, to walk with the same feet, eat with the same mouth and dwell in the same land, that from your inmost being, by your deeds and actions, the signs of oneness and the essence of detachment may be made manifest. Such is My counsel to you, O concourse of light!
True communication is communion―the realization of oneness, which is love.
The first peace, which is the most important, is that which comes within the souls of people when they realize their relationship, their oneness with the universe and all its powers, and when they realize that at the center of the universe dwells the Great Spirit, and that this center is really everywhere, it is within each of us.
When our focus is toward a principle of relatedness and oneness, and away from fragmentation and isolation, health ensues
Seeing color, is being blind.
Equality today means sameness rather than oneness.
Seeing the oneness of life, and experiencing this with no Self in the way to distort it, is so very different to how the mind tries to project it. The mind literally has no idea how it truly is from an experiential perspective. Itis always so much more simple and down-to-earth than the mind could ever imagine or comprehend.
During the sitting, when the eyes closed the body relaxed and seemed to turn to warm liquid with all vestiges of the worries and anxiety of earlier oozing away and falling into a deep state of peace. After some while it felt as if I was looking into the abyss of nothingness. I felt the surrender and the possibility of dying was a natural next step. Give all of it up and drown in the Oneness of God. I knew that was all I had ever wanted. It was at that stage that all the build-up of the mindbody package that I knew to be "me/myself/I" seemed to slip off and was moved to the side, sort of floating to the left. Then the eyes opened and it was as if nothing had changed, yet with the feeling that everything had transformed irreversibly. Utterly unable to place what had actually happened, and with no desire to place it.
In the Oneness / Awakened state the insights and experience of all arising in and as the Divine, and the Divine being everywhere and everything (beyond consciousness, the Self, and the mindbody package) has been obvious. This has been consistently tested by life and the obviousness, and the freedom which this brings, fluctuated accordingly.
Despite the freedom of the Oneness state I was aware that the mind was still going, I was still buying into it and really when I felt into it I was still suffering in a way that I thought would have finished many years before. There felt to be lots of changes but essentially I was still the same mess that I had always been, albeit with a more mature stance and view of things.
"The caterpillar trusts his maker that all is well. He does not cling to his old garment and thus is transformed into a magnificent bettergly. There is no pain, it is a natural transmutation. So it is with us. As the chrysalis is the bridge between caterpillar and butterfly, so is True perception the bridge between separation and Oneness. We are transmuting into a new state of Being. Clinging to our caterpillar stage, our old ways of judgment, we shall never learn to fly into the dawn of a new day."
"The caterpillar trusts his maker that all is well. He does not cling to his old garment and thus is transformed into a magnificent buttergly.
"In truth there is but one problem and therefore only one answer. The intelligent approach to be expected them would be the attempt to define the problem containing all problems, which is, as we now know, separation. once we have defined the root problem, we can look at the idea it stands for. Having understood the idea, not only intellectually but with out hearts, all problems vanish, for the root problem containing all its parts, all individual problems, is understood, and that is separation. Once we understand separation we cannot judge it or its individual appearances. With this understanding the only road open for us to take is to allow it in all its manifestation, and to transcend it. Allowing ourself and our brother the illusion of separations means to forgive,. This delivers us the bridge of the cross. As the last remnants of separation thus reunify with the vertical pole of the cross, the lateral pole dissolves, together with the very bridge we stand upon and merges into Oneness. We know we have returned home."
"Imagine a vertical pole, the vertical pole representing God, or reality. This symbolizes a unified whole. We split this pole lengthwise, thus we have two poles. We take the one we have split off away and lay it across the vertical pole to create a horizontal or lateral pole. Now we have the picture of a cross. By splitting the vertical pole and laying one pole across we have laid one half of the unified whole in exact opposition to the vertical or God pole. All the lateral pole contains must now, of necessity, as well be opposed to God, or the vertical pole. This lateral pole depicts our world, our view of reality. A reality which is no more real, for it is not more whole. It depicts our separation from Oneness. What is not real must be unreal, as a dream is unreal form the vista of one in the waking state. So this world we know, in which we breathe and live; a world split from is whole. It is this lateral pole we misinterpret. If we did not see it falsely, then the lateral pole would upright itself in our perception, would realign itself with the vertical pole and become One with it again. But being as it is, our perception of reality is at cross purposes with reality, so we see it as separate from it can across. So the lateral pole becomes the world of illusion or altered state of mind--the altered Ego. This point needs to be clearly understood: The lateral axis itself is not the illusion, only its lateral position is; that is, our perception of it as being separate from the vertical pole. We have thus formed a cross to which we nailed ourselves. We crucified ourselves. Nobody else did this to us."
"So powerful is the light of unity that it can ulliminate the whole world."
One, two, three, four....The clock in the kitchen struck twelve. How irrelevantly, seeing that time had ceased to exist! The absurd, importunate bell had sounded at the heart of a timelessly present Event, of a Now that changed incessantly in a dimension, not of seconds and minutes, but of beauty, of significance of intensity, of deepening mystery.
"Luminous bliss." From the shallows of his mind the words rose like bubbles, came to the surface, and vanished into the infinite spaces of living light that now pulsed and breathed behind his closed eyelids. "Luminous bliss." That was as near as one could come to it. But it---this timeless and yet ever-changing Event--was something that words could only caricature and diminish, never convey. It was not only bliss, it was also understanding. Understanding of everything, but without knowledge of anything. Knowledge involved a knower and all the infinite diversity of known and knowable things. But here, behind his closed lids, there was neither spectacle nor spectator,. There was only this experienced fact of being blissfully one with Oneness.
Everyone you meet in your life - even total strangers - is already intimately connected to you. The idea that we are all separate and distinct beings is nothing but an illusion. We are all parts of a larger whole, like individual cells in a body.
As this era of masculine dominance comes to an end and a feminine understanding of life’s wholeness is included, we are beginning to experience a different world in which physical, mental, and spiritual well-being are interdependent. We see the signs of this in the new age movement. But the new age movement is often limited by its focus on individual well-being. Our real concern is the well-being of the planet and the whole of humanity. Central to this is the understanding that the physical world cannot be healed from a solely physical perspective, but requires a shift to an attitude that contains a multi-dimensional approach.
Oneness is very simple: everything is included and allowed to live according to its true nature. This is the secret that is being revealed, the opportunity that is offered. How we make use of this opportunity depends upon the degree of our participation, how much we are prepared to give ourselves to the work that needs to be done, to the freedom that needs to be lived.
Chanting is no more holy than listening to the murmur of a stream, counting prayer beads no more sacred than simply breathing. . . . If you wish to attain oneness with the Tao, don't get caught up in spiritual superficialities.
I transmit but do not create. I place my trust in the teachings of antiquity.
There is only one breath. All are made of the same clay. The light within all is the same.
There is Nothing wrong with you. Be Who You Are.
The time has come for anyone who feels called to participate in healing this world through both practical and spiritual means.
Happy in the morning
I open my cottage door;
A clear breeze blowing
Comes straight in.
The first sun
Lights the leafy trees;
The shadows it casts
Are crystal clear.
Serene,
In accord with my heart,
Everything merges
In one harmony.
Gain and loss
Are not my concern;
This way is enough
To the end of my days.
