"He began to see that the key to liberation lay in each breath, each step, each small pebble along the path."

If you follow your heart you walk a path towards truth that leads directly into the arms of Sacred Mother Earth.
seeker of truth
follow no path
all paths lead where
truth is here.
"It is my hope that this book walks that fine line between respecting the uniqueness of your individual journey and speaking to that part of you that may need company as you set your foot on the path. My story only provides a template, but there may well be themes that resonate for you. Perhaps knowing someone went this way will invite you to walk a little bit further into your unique unknown."
If you seek the path to the truth, leave your ego at the start of your journey.
The Path of our life experience continues beyond death and all that is gained through life experience is returned to The Lord.
We all walk a path in our life experience. If we are diligent and lucky, we receive and interpret the signs that are given to us correctly we find the path that we were meant to be on instead of taking a wrong turn and ending up on the wrong path.
We are all on separate paths. we may have others on our path with us from time to time, but we journey as individuals
Nobody else knows your reason for being. You do. Your bliss guides you to it. When you follow your bliss, when you follow your path to joy, your conversation is of joy, your feelings are of joy -- you're right on the path of that which you intended when you came forth into this physical body.
The assumption that the egoless condition, or union of self and God, is man's final goal and ultimate destiny is a great mistake. My purpose here is to affirm that the unitive state is a hidden path in itself, a movement in its own right that ultimately leads to no-self (no true-self and no-union). In short, the unitive state is the hidden path to no-self.
I have never found a problem with people from different religions
praying together. What I have found is that people are just hungry
for God, and be they Christian or Muslim we invite them to pray with
us. There is a large percentage of Muslims in our mission houses in
Spain and France and they want to pray. So that is our main focus,
to encourage them to pray, to have a relationship with God, however
that may be, because when you have that then everything else will
follow.
For most women, beauty and body issues are the easiest path to awakening, because the pain is so very close to the surface and the inner critic’s voice is the easiest to hear. The beauty of awakening is getting this, down to your bones, so that the world no longer needs to play our internal dramas on the backdrop of life. We can watch the drama as it comes and goes, maybe making a genuine wise crack, or just laughing at our own antics.
We stop looking to manifest abundance; we are abundance. Even without a job. Even when you give away the majority of what you create. Even when there is no one but ourselves standing at the finish line to thank us for doing out part to help save the world.
The shaman knows that the soul’s urge toward beauty is not about perfect symmetry and mainstream approval. It is not about opening doors in business, or snagging the right mate, or fitting in at the A-list parties. The shaman knows that beauty is about opening doors to joy, snagging the moment, and fitting into your own life. She knows beauty is not something to buy. It is a path, a way of living and being in the world. The only path and the only way, if you want to keep dancing and singing.
When you want something, something so true and pure, something that deep in your heart you know it's worth risking, then one must follow that path. But like any other path, there are obstacles, there are hardships, there will be sacrifices. One has to constantly question whether this path is worth traveling and how far along the path we must go... the choice is ours.
Think with your heart, intuition is greater than logic.
When you want something, go get it. Period.
On the path to heaven, there will be occasional rocks in your shoes -- yet, the views are magnificent, the pain is bearable, and turning back is not an option.
If life is a path, we are barefoot and we each scatter before us the contents of two bags hanging from our shoulders. From the first bag -- sharp nails of worry, fear, regret and doubt, or from the second bag -- rose petals of hope, joy, friendship and confidence. If life is a path...we are the masters of that path.
In the end, we will see: The path we travel is the treasure we seek.
The problem with following a religion is that you're being led by followers. Followers don't know their own path. How the heck do you expect them to know yours?
Know that you have a center.
Know that you belong there.
Know that the path to the center takes no effort.
It isn't about what I have, it's about where I'm going - it's about the people I'm trying to help get there.
There is no path to Happiness. Happiness is the path. There is no path to Love. Love is the path. There is no path to Peace. Peace is the path.
"Only he who bestirs himself can advance spiritually. The fool who uses extraneous aids for this, in the form of the ready-made opinions of others, only walks his path as if on crutches, while ignoring his own healthy limbs."
Do not go where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
The tao is made because we walk it,
things become what they are called.
I’m arguably the least real of all my characters, a state of affairs for which I make no apologies, being, indeed, altogether proud of the fact. I am, as it were, the created creating--a paradox, for all its rhetorical trappings, at the beating heart of our shared human journey, and one I invite you to struggle with just as I have while, day in and day out, word by word and line by line, constructing a fictitious autobiography for myself in these pages.
Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
"It is a path one that is chosen"
