There is only peace. All else is a lie.
In essence all experiences can only be an unconscious projection from the Self or mindbody package, of the Divine. Not the Divine itself, simply triggered by touching on the Divine.
That which is through all experience cannot be affected by anything. It is only that, which is left when experience is gone.
Now there is no experiencer, nor any experience to be experienced.
Freedom itself.
It is as if every cell of the body is in complete harmony and each cell seems to be emanating gratitude, although it is just the naturally functioning senses and nothing more.
This is very difficult to describe to others because the mind immediately turns it into something else. It simply means seeing, feeling, tasting, touching, hearing everything as it is in this moment without the veil of the mind creating something over the top. Simple. This is all that is left when the mindbody package is gone.
There are no internal arisings, no knower, no being, and no experience, no-one left. The mind without a feeling centre is left powerless so remains quiet although still there, separate and unable to touch this. A whole new dimension, although everything appears the same.
Seeing the oneness of life, and experiencing this with no Self in the way to distort it, is so very different to how the mind tries to project it. The mind literally has no idea how it truly is from an experiential perspective. Itis always so much more simple and down-to-earth than the mind could ever imagine or comprehend.
True realization brings you to the point where you see that you don't know a thing. That you literally cannot know anything, because all knowledge is from the mind and is therefore garbage.
You don't need to drift around in the 'oh so spiritual' clothes, don't need to use all of the 'oh so spiritual' Indian words, don't need to pretend to be 'oh so spiritual' because it is all a total crock. All just a red herring which is simply a trick of the Self that is distracting you from being true.
None of that has anything whatsoever to do with being true. It is all just talk and pretence only, and talk never truly saved anyone. Talk just brings more talk and never moves from the prison of the mind.
So there won't be any flashes of light shooting out of your third eye, no special energy pumping through the body and definitely no visits from the angels and gods to invite you into the special throne room which has been created just for you.
Sorry to fizzle out your mindful projections of what will occur when this 'spiritual enlightenment' descends on you.

It is all rubbish. You already are.
This is NOT some stale old chore which you have got to 'do'.
The true beauty of realizing your true nature is in the freshness,
peace and deep bodily relaxation which touches to the core of your
being, flows into your everyday life and bursts forth naturally
into blossoming from within itself. Without you 'doing' a thing
about any of it.
It is very important to note that this is NOT a limited
meditation 'practice' or 'technique'.
.....through living as your true nature you will see, not mentally but through your own direct experience,
that your true Divine nature is always here at all times, in all situations and life circumstances
and at no time is it ever possible to lose or leave it.
You are, you always have been and you will always be in this same place whether you are aware of it or not.
This place is this eternal now moment. Not as an idea of now, but simply right now.
You find when you stop fighting life that naturally relaxation, openness, loved and loving is all there is. Naturally.
You need to stop the fight. Stop creating that smoke. Only then can life flow without the confusion, frustration and suffering that it appears to be so full of.
The Self (me, myself, I) is a ghost, a phantom creation which is allsmoke and mirrors.
The unfortunate part is that we identify and fight with it, react and respond to it and treat it as if it
is a living breathing entity.
None of that changes the fact that it is all smoke and mirrors.
The planet is like a mad house with no nurses and far too much medication.
It is far more than the discovery of life without a self. The immediate, inevitable result is an emergence into a new dimension of knowing and being that entails a difficult and prolonged readjustment. the reflexive mechanism of the mind -or whatever it is that allows us to be self-conscious - is cut off or permanently suspended so the mind is ever after held in a fixed now moment out of which it cannot move in its uninterrupted gaze upon the Unknown,
The onset of this second movement is characterized by the falling away of self and coming upon "that" which remains when it is gone. But this going-out is an upheaval, a complete turnabout of such proportions it cannot possibly be missed, under-emphasized, or sufficiently stressed as a major landmark in the contemplative life.
......at this point the self has obviously outworn its function; it is no longer needed or useful, and life can go on without it. we are ready to move on, to go beyond the self, beyond even its most intimate union with God, and this is where we enter yet another new life- a life best categorized, perhaps, as a life without a self.
...a point is reached where the self is so completely aligned with the still-point that it can no longer be moved, even in its first movements, from this center. It can no longer be tested by any force or trial, nor moved by the winds of change, and at this point the self has obviously outworn its function; it is no longer needed or useful, and life can go on without it.
Elysha was talking about the mindbody package, and suddenly it struck. That was it. The penny dropped with a clunk. That is what had been missing from the picture over the past weeks. The mindbody package was gone. The Self was gone. There were no internal arisings, no emotions, and no feelings of the package of who I thought I was, which felt like it was just the tip of the iceberg with loads more under the surface. Nothing.
With this revelation the feeling in my chest lit up like a fire and felt as though it was burning and shining like a great beacon of joy. I saw that the Self is dead, in a clear momentary flash. A huge smile suddenly burst out. Joy was breaking through and there was no containing it.
There is the feeling of being finished. The end. The attention is held right here, in the body, in the moment, with no-one and no-thing. The depth of feeling and connection at the eyes when open and closed is no longer here. There is no internal centre. There is no feeling at all other than the senses operating. It is as if all of the doors to the mind have been shut. Nothing scary, nothing monstrous, just nothing here.
There are no feelings of bliss or joy or any describable feelings at all really, only a sense of forever, filling this moment. Not as a time, forever, or a motion outward to some place, forever, but the eternal now moment as it is. Simple. Like floating in a small room which has many doors and they are all locked shut. Almost sterile. Untouchable.
The day to day chores and mechanical flow of life all continued as before, but with no energy going into them. Pushing through in some moments and melting into the abyss in others, no choice in any of it. During sittings it was felt that the body and all of existence was melting and would never return again. When the end of the session came and the responsibilities of life started up again the moves would occur and life would go on as usual.
Internally, however, was a whole new paradigm. The perspective had shifted to a whole new sense. The mind was still functioning, but restricted to a strictly practical level. Not a constant burble and with no energy to touch this place. Like a waterfall in slow motion, which defies gravity and seems to float quietly past making no ripple within itself and touching nothing. Only spontaneously emerging when needed and then fading away again.
A true insight occurs in a moment, a split second, and it brings a subtle shift in your perspective. The 'experience' which surrounds the insight is generally entirely superfluous and is merely the Self or mindbody package attempting to own and understand the insight.

If yours is to settle for the familiarity of your mind informancy on a moment by moment basis, then yours will be to continue on in the same manner that you are already doing - even should you find something better. The mind informancy drive is not a giver, it is a taker.
There is nothing wrong with anything in manifestation; all manifestation is a movement of the divine one gearing up for the very purposes of this divine one entering its own creation with the fullness and purity of itself.
The very heart of existence itself is what is looking out through the very eyes of this mindbody that you find yourself so intimately involved with. You think that you are this mindbody- it is what you are unconsciously trying to be from moment to moment...
The point of all this IS to stay here as our true nature. That is the goal, so to speak, of this eternal now moment.
Duality:
We are always talking about two 'things', until there is only silence on a momentary basis. These two things are:-
a. The 'no-thing' which is our true nature or the Divine.
b. The 'some-thing' which is not.
The nothing we will call our true nature, because that is exactly what it is.
The something or mindbody package will be referred to as the Self. (This includes the conscious-self, unconscious-self, ego-self, feeling-self, true-self, knowing -self and all the rest of the ideas of the chattering mind.)
The self is also the entire package of the person which we know as me/myself/I.
Regardless of the apparent depth to the Self, which we have created out of our spiritual seeking and the buiding up of the Self in this or any other way; it is an entirely shallow and superficial motion. not just shallow and superficial in its outward projection, although this is also true, but actually and only shallow and superficial.
We know the motion of our true nature by the open embrace and empty surrender and acceptance of everything as it is.

The mind is only capable of creating limitation.
It is a limitation itself and cannot ever be anything more than that.
So it is only stepping out of this chattering mind that will bring freedom from it and relief.
