"Lose all your concepts about religion and spirituality and love. Be simple, be humble, and be happy in your way; let no one tell you that this is the right way and that is the wrong way. However you feel—whatever brings you peace and joy—is the correct way for you. Continue in that way and you’ll see the bliss get stronger. You’ll see the peace get stronger. It is very simple."

peace and deep bodily relaxation which touches to the core of

into blossoming from within itself. Without you 'doing' a thing

Seeing the oneness of life, and experiencing this with no Self in the way to distort it, is so very different to how the mind tries to project it. The mind literally has no idea how it truly is from an experiential perspective. Itis always so much more simple and down-to-earth than the mind could ever imagine or comprehend.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication
Often one of the stumbling blocks to living a simpler life is our inability or unwillingness to change how we play some of the games that got us into these complicated lives in the first place.

"Great art is balanced. My universe is consummate art, for it is balanced simplicity.
"My universe is one in which many things have majestic measure; and again another many have measure too fine for the sensing.
"Yet I have not one law for the majestic things, and another for law for things which are beyond the sensing.
"I have but one law for all My opposed pairs of creating things; and that law needs but one word to spell it out, so hear Me when I say that the one word of My one law is
BALANCE

Some days, it’s not about passion and courage. It’s not about heroism and drama. It’s not about slaying dragons or conjuring exotic visions. Some days, it’s not about transcendence or transformation, not about being better than anyone who came before you.

What we're thinking about is a peaceful planet. We're not thinking about anything else. We're not thinking about any kind of power. We're not thinking about any kind of struggles. We're not thinking about revolution or war or any of that. That's not what we want. Nobody wants to get hurt. Nobody wants to hurt anybody. We would all like to be able to live an uncluttered life. A simple life, a good life. And think about moving the whole human race ahead a step, or a few steps.

They have destroyed their motivation for learning by thinking they already know. Think not you understand anything until you pass the test of perfect peace, for peace and understanding go together and never can be found alone. Each brings the other with it, for it is the law of God they be not separate. They are cause and effect, each to the other, so where one is absent the other cannot be.
Your part is very simple. You need only recognize that everything you learned you do not want. Ask to be taught, and do not use your experiences to confirm what you have learned. When your peace is threatened or disturbed in any way, say to yourself:
I do not know what anything, including this, means. And so I do not know how to respond to it. And I will not use my own past learning as the light to guide me now.
By this refusal to attempt to teach yourself what you do not know, the Guide Whom God has given you will speak to you. He will take his rightful place in your awareness the instant you abandon it, and offer it to him.
The Witness is a huge step forward, and it is a necessary and important step in meditation, but it is not ultimate. When the Witness or the soul is finally undone, then the Witness dissolves into everything that is witnessed. The subject/object duality collapses and there is only pure nondual awareness, which is very simple, very obvious.
