Faith is our direct link to universal wisdom, reminding us that we know more than we have heard or read or studied that we have only to look, listen, and trust the love and wisdom of the Universal Spirit working through us all.
Quotes about Wisdom
As my Buddhist teachers have shown me, wisdom emerges in the space around words as much as from language itself.
No man is great enough or wise enough for any of us to surrender our destiny to. The only way in which anyone can lead us is to restore to us the belief in our own guidance.

This is how you can both heal yourself and help humanity. At their deepest level, the two are joined and ready to awaken to a new world.

Anything you want to ask a teacher, ask yourself, and wait for the answer in silence.
Wisdom without love is like having lungs but no air to breathe. Do not seek wisdom in order to acquire knowledge but in order to live and love more fully.
+Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God have mercy on me the sinner+
Peace and wisdom cannot live without war and ignorance beside it.
Surround yourself with people whose lives work in every important way, and you will become one of them.
The culture encourages people to believe that, deep down, they instinctively know all they really need to know about love. In fact, no single human endeavor demands more attention, study, and insight than romantic relationship.
“To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury; and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable; and wealthy, not rich; to study hard, think quietly, talk gently, act frankly; to listen to stars and birds, to babes and sages, with open heart; to bear all cheerfully, do all bravely, await occasion, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious grow up through the common. This is to be my symphony.”
He who knows his soul knows this truth:
" I am beyond everything finite; I I now see that the Spirit, alone in a space with Its ever-new joy, has expressed Itself as the vast body of nature.
I am the stars,
I am the waves,
I am the Life of all,

The healing of our present woundedness may lie in recognizing and reclaiming the capacity we have to heal each other, the enormous power in the simplest of human relationships: the strength of a touch, the blessing of forgiveness, the grace of someone else taking you just as you are and finding in you an unsuspected goodness. Everyone alive has suffered. It is the wisdom gained from our wounds and from our own experiences of suffering that makes us able to heal. Becoming expert has turned out to be less important than remembering and trusting the wholeness in myself and everyone else. Expertise cures, but wounded people can best be healed by other wounded people. Only other wounded people can understand what is needed, for the healing of suffering is compassion, not expertise.

It is by having the Courage;
to look into the mirror of my life,
and hold my life up as a mirror to others;.
It is by my Word, Deed and Example
that I will change the world.
