I just did my very first day of this and I really enjoyed it. As a super beginner at yoga, do you recommend I start with S1E1, or just jump right into Season 3? I jumped right in, but things like the splits are really out of my range (for now!). Also, the marketing page said something about a facebook group to chat with other people doing this?

I just did my session today and man will I be sore tomorrow. I was not able to do crow pose for now, but I will practice and get there. Thank you for making the sessions challenging but not too difficult. Namaste.

Thank you for this! I practiced yoga daily when I was active duty, but since my transition to civilian life, it has fallen to the wayside. These practices are perfect for me to incorporate my practice into my day. Sometimes, my kids will even join me! Thank you so much. Blessings.

I am a runner with a torn meniscus in my knee. I have been doing this series, sometimes two at a time while I am unable to run, after doing a stationary bike workout. They are perfect and easy to modify for my injured knee. I can tell I am gaining more flexibility in my hips and areas surrounding the knee which I think will help in the healing. This is a good habit for me to be developing to continue even after I can resume running. Thank you -the teachers are great too.

I love how short each episode is. Not too short that I feel the practice isn't useful, but not too long. Just long enough to practice before heading for a busy day.

overall, i am enjoying these series . my only observation is that Nicole speaks a bit fast. maybe the practice should be 5 minutes longer and give the student more time to move into each pose. A lot of instruction and then on to next. a bit fast for me. overall though this is a great way to start the day.

Hi KERRYECALLE,

Yes! If you scroll down to 'Recently Added' or to 'Featured in My Yoga' from the app home page, you will see the Yoga Every Day video. You can also add each video to your playlist to easily find on the app. Thank you for your support!
