AN EXERCISE TO TRY WHEN STARTING OUT A BUSINESS VENTURE

Helping the artist, whether the title is actor, director, musician, writer, painter, graphic designer, coach, photographer, computer programmer/developer, the TIPS AND INSPIRATIONS on GAIA pro Blogs will help give helpful and inspirational messages for getting works of art or business tasks out to the world.

One can always find a better or simpler method of approach to lighten things up a bit and make the work fun.  We are here to serve others and find great joy along the path each day from different aspects of what we all have to deliver.
Helping others brings more things to have and exchange in order to survive.

An interesting and good exercise I do when starting to create a documentary for someone, is to write down the concept and purpose of what idea or dream I will be helping to bring to reality.  I make a list of the existing scene and come up with what can be done to make a more ideal scene so that helps the client give input and purpose to the project as we are fine tuning towards the final products.  At first, I compare that to the analogy of how you would make a cup of coffee or something that simple then serving that to others. From that exercise doors open to even more creativity and use of resources.  In order to have a great cup of coffee/tea, you write down the steps that you would do to be better at what you are doing.   Please don't take this as literal--using coffee is just an example--but you can apply the concept to any subject in business that goes with your products.   This is a very powerful exercise to validate your upcoming work. Kathy, your analogy about how to clarify the concept or purpose of an idea or dream as you work with artist to present and express their greatest gifts warms my heart. It is like getting rid of all the distractions so that the pure essence is available to the receiver of their gift. Your work appears to be a respectful championing mirror for artist to achieve this goal. I love it when I have a chance to partner with someone whose passion is to bring out the best in what I do and love!

Thanks so much Terrill!!!   You have opened a door for me being the new kid on the G-pro block.  You have nailed what I love doing best and describe things eloquently for all to grasp.  I thoroughly enjoyed your site and will be back for more visits and let others know about you.
You are magic!!!

Shamanic shifting on purpose can happen through any way of bringing dreams and visions of better and best to life on earth.  So your artistic documentary-creating method of considering and contemplating the concocting and serving of a strengthening or healing or soothing or awakening tasty, tart, sweet, or bitter beverage as an analogy opens doors for me to a new technique of shamanic alchemy.

A dream or vision of purposeful change could be shamanized through preparing and serving and consuming a distinct beverage to go with it, first in non-ordinary reality (imagining or shamanic journeying) then in ordinary reality, by stirring and serving and drinking it up in everyday life. Thank-you.
