Greetings Everyone!
This saying from an elder teacher "The universe rattles, drums, sings, and dances!" (which was passed to me for use and further teaching) is more than an enthusiastic metaphorical utterance. These poetic words are a universal and individual co-creating and re-creating process I use in shamanic shifting.
The Universe - I interface the universe at every level of my being from the quantum through the chemical through the personal through the community through the planet and beyond. I interconnect with all the living, from the greatest to the least!
Rattles - At the level of Mystery, Spirit, and Thought an original impulse begins to shake up the Deeps of Emptyness! An intention rattles my gourd and gets my attention. I rattle my gourd with a new intention and shift attention to the dream and visions of better and best conjuring up within.
Drums - This impulse and its energetic repitition stirs up E-motion - pulses and waves of energy-in-motion beating throughout the universal realms of potential and possibility. I drum the intention with attention and emotion and its dreams and visions drum me. The drumming intensifies and more drummers are heard joining in nearby and from afar.
Sings - The vibrations of this reverberating synergizing co-creative commotion circling around the universe (and me) emerge as sustained Word, and words of songs. The energy-notes of re-creative song e-merge and sound out in rhythm, resonance, and harmony, a singing of a new song of songs. I sing along with my dreaming, visioning, drumming. I sing and story my dream and visions for better and best.
Dances - All over the universe steps are taken to dance new dreams and visions of better and best to life on earth. I take steps, as dancing my new dream and its visions around the room, then as everyday actions around my world!
! - The exclamation mark at the end of this statement begins the creative process anew. The point as both zero and one (and the circle of all), and the space as Mystery and Spirit, and the line of creating radiating out forever, call out and become "YES!"
So...whenever I say to myself or anyone, "The universe rattles, drums, sings, and dances!" I am calling upon and activating within myself, my community, the world, and the universe all of the above (and more) around any topic or situation at hand.

Thank-you for writing these fun teachings out stage by stage! I will copy and paste and save this detailed description of this simple process I also use.
Something more….I find these stages orderly yet holographic with each echoing within the others and repeating and reflecting as co-re-creating ripples. And these spirit-ripples travel at all directions, all levels, all dimensions, all ways, from within to the universe, and even to the multverse, and all the ways back.

Yes!
Circles naturally yet wondrously overlapping and inter-resonating raise new cycles of creative life songs in gut, heart, and brain storms. Yesterday was an energizing day of awesome storming weather here in SE Wisconsin and there were singing pinging pools of rain all around me spreading vibrant vibrating circles of circles just like in the photo I included.

Circles and circles, I'm thinking spirals, lifting circles.
Yes…yes, yes, in the multi-dimensions of the universal all-in-all we enjoy rattling, drumming, singing, and dancing circles shifting into coils and spirals, besides all the possible shapes and sizes!

I vision shamanic shifting geometry: Circles of circles and wheels and webs resonating syncopations into coils and spirals through octaves of lemniscate magic, lifting and tunneling, knotting and bundling. Mandelas float on the waves and winds as land mazes transform into labyrinths with trees of life in the centers branching. leafing, blossoming, and fruiting out and in, interconnecting and bridging the fractal edges of my wondering wonder!
