Vinyasa Koundinyasana is a three part symbiotic-aeronautic adventure from root to rise. Vinyasa is the step-by-step approach uniting breath with movement that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point and safely lands them at the next. When you break down vinyasa to its Sanskrit root, it also means "to place in a special way.” In this series we place things in special and thoughtful ways that keep us safe and grounded while they teach us how to fly. We see how chaturanga and up-dog meet, come together and have a sassy little love-child they call Eka Pada Koundinyasana II. Andrea is joined by Omar Lopez.
