This was a great combination of cardio, pilates and yoga (would have liked a LITTLE more yoga maybe) but my whole body feels like it got a 'tone' up - in a short, fun 30 minutes!

Like others have commented, it's easy to follow and almost just hard enough. I wish the cardio section would have lasted about 5 more minutes.

I alternate this work-out with a more aggressive cardio-strength routine, as I find it gives a MUCH gentler work-out, with lots of good stretching, but still gets a sweat on! I have significant back and hip issues, and this was a real find after struggling for a couple years trying to find a work-out my body could cope with daily.

This was fantastic. I'm pretty active, but have been feeling a little sluggish lately. This woke my body up in a good way! I have knee issues, but found this workout to be okay for my knees. It's important to keep the knees a little flexed throughout any exercise, especially during extensions, such as kicks.

I like pilates since there are not a lot of high impact, cross bod jerky movements. within 15 minutes I had to go to another pilates cardio, without so many hard jerks across the knees. If you do not have knee issues, its a good workout.

The combination of aerobic with yoga stretching and moves was the perfect workout. Especially for pre-thanksgiving festivities! I highly enjoyed the instructors attitude and positive engagement! Not too hard core, not to mellow.

Very thorough workout, lots of muscle groups worked...felt like everything from head to toe got a few reps! Slow pace, but I liked how every body part was included. Instructor has very sunny, upbeat commentary. Nice yoga stretch at the end too. Great am workout.

I'm continuously looking for workouts to do while pregnant. I am physically fit, but pregnancy causes me to have to tone down my workouts. This is a good balanced workout, and I just had to skip the superman move :)

I really enjoyed this workout and I liked the instructor. I hope Gaiam produces more programs like this one that don't require you to buy some silly, specialized piece of equipment.

Enjoyed the workout. It was hard enough to make me sweat but not so hard I wanted to quit in the middle. The instructor was a big goofy at times, but ok.

I did the 30 minute workout and was pleased to get cardio, strength and a good stretch all mixed in. It really is a little bit of everything with plyometrics, some flowy movements, strength and yoga/pilates all mixed in. I really felt my muscles burning from the plyometrics, but they were nice light jumps that weren't hard on my knees at all.

I have been working out for a long time, run marathons and love to really kick it up a notch, however there are those days you need to move but not to the normal extreme. This is an excellent work out for that purpose. It has a little bit of everything in short spurts, by the end I felt energized and worked up a sweat. Good choice for a mellow work out day. If you are advanced, I would do the entire 50 minutes for sure.

I truly enjoyed this workout. The description is right - it blends pilates, yoga & aerobic training, but in a fun way. No flashbacks to my mom's jazzercize!

It's also a great transition if you're moving up from intermediate level pilates and beginning conditioning yoga but aren't quite ready for the full-on hard-core workouts. A great way to step it up!

Loved this workout! perfect timing for a workout to start your day. Love the instructor - enthusiastic, but not in a phony way like so many other workouts. Also loved the fact that no special equipment is needed - weights can be added, but not necessary. Thanks!

I'm new to regular workouts and this video is the most suited for my skill level. I was able to push myself and back off when needed. Super calming music and scenery--instructor was clear and concise with direction!

I enjoyed this video. It was a good workout without being super high intensity, especially for my current level of fitness which is, shall we say, "in process". Tanja Djelevic is an engaging, sweet and slightly eccentric instructor, a nice change from the bullies (cough Jillian Michaels cough) or the more clinical cardboard cutouts in the Firm videos. With this workout I can really push myself in every move and get super-sweaty, or I can take it a bit easier if I want a more moderate workout. And the insanely beautiful background is very inspiring.

This video has a special place in my heart because the very first time I exercised, I used this video. So essentially it was my gateway into the fitness world. With that said, it's a good video. If you've done insanity or something like that, then you'll probably find this a cakewalk. If you're a beginner, you will probably find it challenging. I was sore for many days after doing this video.
