Thank you for this very accessible practice. The length is perfect for my interest to bring new awareness to cultivating further openness in my heart. I found myself clearer after this first practice and I look forward to further deepening in it. I am so pleased to be able to do this from my home. I originally signed up for GaimTV subscription to access Cosmic Disclosure, and I am happy to find more "goodies" here that are in alignment with my path.

After a few more times following this program, it became much easier to follow and the benefits were more pronounced. Wonderful video; a few minutes of prep, showing hand and foot movements (her feet are sunk in the sand for much of it) would still be helpful for first-timers.

Thank you Gayam for this video. I am a yoga teacher and Tai Chi for health, instructor.
This program is soooooo great. Tai Chi should be teached in elementary schools,
so kids have a chance to known their energy body and breath and enjoy a better health.
Tai Chi should be the foundation for every fitness instructor.
It also help to "feel" yoga for everybody.
Please add more Tai Chi programs and also Yoga Tai Chi .

I am a Tai Chi and Qi Qong praticioner and I simply loved this video. It offers the classical 8 Pieces of Brocade and two other great practices for everyone. Thanks Gaiam TV for this video!!! Tai Chi is really an amazing practice. Everyone should try it. Master Liu Pai Lin used to say that Yoga is a pearl but Tai Chi is a string of pearls!!

This surpasses all the meditation practises. I have practised yoga all my life. I use this to remove the arthritis that I have enjoyed ;) for over four years. I am not only more flexible and buoyant lol I have balance beyond my wildest imagination, my reflexes have quickened, my attitude is subdued, menopausal symptoms are taking a back seat to enjoying my life in the here and now, as well as the huge amount of stress I deal with on a day to day basis. I am proof of being in the eye of the hurricane, I am at peace. Grateful to finally have videos accessible with highly trained practitioners of this art.

I made a commitment to do a little every day, but this morning I am just hurting all over from a vigorous workout yesterday and I really didn't want to do it. This was PERFECT for those kinds of mornings (and I know I will have more of them): gentle, not difficult, but fantastic for energizing all those hurting places and getting everything moving gently for the day. I am a beginner with Ta'i Chi and Qigong, and not that coordinated, and some of the "beginner" tapes I've tried leave me utterly confounded. Not this one. It had the effect of putting me in touch with my body (oh.. yeah that's tender right there but the movement didn't hurt). I will come back to it again and again on days when I want to move but maybe not so much.

I am so excited to find this video available here. Once the VHS tape I had died I was unable to locate this on dvd and it really bummed me out, but knowing it is available on Gaiam tv makes that alone worth the $10/month.
