The Body Mantra Method


A Mantra is a repeated word or phrase traditionally used as an incantation or prayer to promote balance in the body. Similarly, the Body Mantra Method uses breath and repetitive flow-like movement to help you improve your physical, emotional and spiritual strength during treatment for an illness. These repeated physical sequences help reinforce the mind-body connection, helping you relieve stress, manage pain, move through bereavement and heal chronic ailments such as cancer.

This is the real deal. Dr. Christine is a true master, combining physical awareness with a sound knowledge of human physiology and a oneness with the 'flow' or spirit energy aspect of yoga. This is a great vehicle for relieving anxiety and strengthening the core body.
