I love this three part workout. Its only my second time and I have to pause now and then to catch my breath but I intend to work that out. I have recently gotten into Martial Arts.

Enjoyed the combination of the fluid yoga poses with the explosive martial arts. Would have liked an even longer meditation section.

I truly enjoyed the marital arts portion of the workout, however, the yoga prepared my muscles before the vigorous punching and kicking moves. One compliments the other.

I liked the mix of practices, though the downward dogs got to my shoulders a bit, I felt this was easy to do and I felt accomplished at the end. (as I'm just getting back into my physical practices).
