Great workout to strengthen and lengthen muscles as well as a great cardio effort. Simple moves.

Enjoyed workout! Great pace, creative use of ball, total body workout!

If you have ANY back issues, and/or hypermobility in your joints, this workout is not for you. It puts an incredible amount of strain on your lower back, with absolutely no modifications or alignment cues beyond the generic and not helpful "listen to your body". I had to stop 10 minutes into the workout because of the pain. There are a ton of excellent and challenging workouts using the balance ball, this one is simply not worth the injury.

I like this workout! What a creative use of an exercise ball. The lower body/cardio work is intense, holding the ball challenges your arms and upper body, and in general anything using the ball engages your core too. The grass and mountain setting and gentle music make for a pleasant workout environment. I like.
