Video plays for about 6 minutes before it stops and the website logs me off. I tried to download the Express practice, but for whatever reason only the cardio burn yoga will download, not be express practice. Great video, I really enjoy it, I just wish I could get it to work :-)

This video is a great, toning, slow, flow practice. It is not cardio by any stretch of the imagination.

Had many many "moments of calm" before I gave up on it

This helped every part of me stretch! Fabulous!

I am trying to bring some cardio into my weekly workouts, and this short practice is a wonderful way to introduce this. This is my first time doing a video with Patricia Moreno and I found her to be an excellent instructor. Easy to follow, clear instruction and very motivating! I will be looking for more videos by this instructor.

I love doing these videos but they would not play for me today. I tested with other videos that played when I clicked on the image of the video but these didn't work.

Loved it!

This is the first true yoga cardio workout I have found. I don't usually break a sweat when doing yoga but did with the short workout.

daphne719, posted on July 20, 2013

I have done the shorter workout several times and knew it was a challenge for me. I had more time so I thought that I would complete the longer workout. I have to agree with the other reviewer stating that the long workout bears little resemblance to the shorter workout. It was a nice yoga routine, but there was no cardio in it for me.

This video ALWAYS freezes on me. Very frustrating.

This practice was surprisingly low-key and easy, compared to a lot of Patricia Moreno's workouts. It only seemed to bear a passing resemblance to the "Express" version, and I like this longer one better. I also really enjoyed the music.

Love this Practice! Goes by so quickly, even the full length. Easy to do and follow, yet still challenging. I have been rotating this practice through my workouts for two years now. It's my fallback when I know I need a good workout.

deeray82, posted on January 18, 2013

THAT'S what I'm talking about - I broke a sweat and burned twice as many calories as the other "cardio" and "weight loss" yoga videos I've done this week. DEFINITELY on my list of regulars now. Can't wait for a Saturday morning when I have time to do the full instead of just the express.

lunnazol, posted on December 30, 2012

I love Patricia Moreno. Her instruction is always flawless, very encouraging and friendly. This practice flows quickly, yet it's soothing at the same time and it will make you break a nice sweat. Plus, being that it's only a half hour, it's easy to squeeze into a busy agenda. This is going on my regulars list.

ayesha28, posted on October 23, 2012

Easy to follow, except for the sound -- the music levels seem louder than the instruction. I found myself straining to see because I couldn't hear at some parts.

All in all - fluid workout which teaches and repeats sequences (without feeling repetitive!). Time flies by.

I have been practicing yoga for 2- years and this practice ranks as one of the top five videos I have ever worked with. I would give it 10 stars. Challenging, easy to follow, encouraging, good emphasis on form. Love it.

i think this practice is a lot of fun and a great overall workout. I've actually adopted the flow portion (childs pose->thunder bolt) when i am teaching a beginners or more gentle vinyasa class rather than jumping right into chaturanga etc...

I just finished the Cardio Burn Yoga and it was just spectacular. It was very easy to follow. The instructor gave very clear direction and it was just wonderful. I feel much better about myself and my whole day thanks to this relaxing but still tough workout.

jamisanchez, posted on June 27, 2012

loved the flow of this...nice short practice that leaves you feeling strong and stretched. She moves quickly through the poses and explains technique as well.

iamanda, posted on February 24, 2012

This is one of the best yoga practices I've ever done, it flows very nicely and also brings a nice challenge
