After doing Les Mills Combat for over 2 years doing any two of these workouts together is just as good! I get a better muscle focus and burn with these workouts and the cardio is just right! I know they aren't for everyone but you should at least try one!

Re: 1st video in series: Quick pace. Great way to get your heart rate up!

Re: 2nd video in series: Fast pace. Great workout! Found the commentary slightly annoying.

Re: 3rd video in series: Fast pace. AMAZING lower body workout! Best one in the series so far!

Re: 5th video in series: Not sure what this has to do with kick boxing, but I still enjoyed it. It is very hard on the wrists however.

I absolutely loved this workout, she builds each move into a great combo!

I did get a little sweat going, but I have to agree with an earlier reviewer who said it was boring compared to Jillian Michaels. Also - be forewarned that as Gaiam is streaming this at present, there is no warm up. However, it is short, and low impact. I would use this again if I was in a time crunch, or having a really bad knee day.

OMG this video series is soooo boring! After doing a Jillian Michaels video this one is painful to watch. She needs to move and change it up.

I did the upper body, followed by the core energizer. The upper body workout is essentially a primer to the moves. The core energizer worked up a light sheen of sweat and also provided nice toning for the midsection, back, and arms. It's possible to do another workout with, but it's a nice alternative for a day when you want a workout that doesn't require "omg" effort.

I loved the workout, but I would definitely do more than just this video when I have more time to do so!

I did the Cardio Burn Kickbox: Express right before, nice combo!

I really like the core work with the cardio. It feels like pilates when I'm finished but a LOT more fun!

Excellent core workout, felt like i gained do much just from the short dvd. Loved the way she reminds you how to keep your posture - so important and i usually forget that!!
