I just did the series and found it to be a great workout. my muscles are shaking and I am sweating. I am not an advanced yogi, but I have been doing it for years. I love her instructions and explanations of why each moment and each pose are imoprtant. thank you

Nice video but not changeling at all. Would recommend for beginners.

I read the comments, I think this was a fabulous morning wake-up. It was short and sweet. I felt stretched and my heart was happy.

this video is not very challenging, not sure why it says intermediate. music is very annoying and piercing. will not be back for this one!

jpr823, posted on August 28, 2014

I enjoyed the fusion of weights with yoga, however, I didn't feel that it was an intermediate level. I will definitely do it again with weights. It would be nice if they told you at the beginning that you might like to grab some dumbbells before starting. I don't recall hearing that.

Never had this problem before, but the buffering is so bad that i cant really use the video. Can you address this issue please

I enjoy the Ready to Sweat first thing in the morning because of the intention in the beginning and the vinyasa flow portion where it flows all the positions together. The plank poses help really get my core warmed up and I hold it longer now. I especially enjoy the music and Kumi's voice as a guide. Unlike many other videos, I can listen to this one repeatedly and not get tired of it….and to get a really good sweat and if I have time, I go on to the Strength Practice and Body and Mind. The abs work is delivering results for me, inside and out :) Thank you!

Was great! It got my heart beat up and I could definitely feel the burn. Ready to Sweat is also a great workout, great for people coming back into the yoga scene like myself. Great great workout! It's design in a way so you can go at your own pace and level, great instructions very clear

i found that when i jumped ahead a bit then the video started but i couldn't start from the beginning either.
Good workout if you are relatively new or just getting back after being off for a bit. very clear instruction.

I wish that we could see the models at all times. If you're new to yoga, you don't know what she's talking about for a few seconds! But, overall, good sweating times!

I am a beginner and I REALLY appreciated Kumudini's instructions. Clear, helpful and motivating. I was able to correct some poses that I had been doing wrong for the past year or so!

This is perfect when you are short on time but want to get your blood and breath moving. Nice instruction and easy to follow.

I just did the "ready to sweat" section and absolutely loved it. It's a short burst of energy and moderate cardio. I loved the donkey kicks at the end. Instruction is easy to follow.

spdaphne, posted on May 8, 2013

I did the "ready to sweat" portion and it got me sweating. Good if you want to get your heartrate up, especially in the morning. Good way to energize for the day.

Jenn1320, posted on April 27, 2013

Easy to follow, great direction

deeray82, posted on April 22, 2013

I did sweat pretty well, but I wouldn't say I "torched calories" - this practice would probably be good after a long absence.

This combo was really great. Movements flow well, the weights were an interesting added touch. I definitely recommend these videos.
