Hi, Jessica :) I follow you on YouTube and fitness magazines. I am so glad to see you here on MyYoga/Gaiam.

I love this workout. I use core exercises a lot, and especially on day like today where I have a public speaking venue. Exercising my core with you helps me to project better and to have confidence. Thank you so much for giving innovative ways to exercise our core. It's also working my brain in that regard.

WOW!! Love this one!!! Having trouble getting back into fitness, needed something less than 30 min. that was fast, fun and used the whole body....THIS IS IT!!!! If you have trouble at first, no big can modify. However, it doesn't take long to get in the swing! MY FAVORITE!!!

this workout challenged every area of my body without overdoing it. the sequencing was simple, the punches and kicks were fun and the strength sections were simple but effective. totally sore the next day the first couple of times i did it, and i work out religiously!!, posted on April 3, 2013

Liked the exercises, they were different combinations and challenging. The fitness trainer was easy to listen to, just straight forward.

Really great sequence well put together. Options for those of us not as flexible. I'll incorporate these into my routine to add some new movement for strengthening.
