This is choppy and fragmented- maybe due to editing more than anything else. The backdrop doesn't really fit the moves, and the moves don't flow into one another very well. I agree with what someone else said- the camera focuses on her upper body at times when you really need to see her feet to get the moves. I don't think I'll do this one again.

Her instruction on the actual moves is great but I found that she introduced too many moves in too short a period of time. I never got the feeling of dancing because of the density of the instruction and the music was not compelling and actually seemed to be off beat at times. The scenery is beautiful and the instructor seems calm and authentic.

Seemed like it would be a fun video but the camera kept zooming too close cropping out the legs and feet!! Kinda hard to learn a dance video just by looking at the instructors face!

Just came from chiropractic strengthening. I am not a beginner. I am definitely intermediate/advanced. I am looking for core exercises that promote strengthing the back, elongating the spine, and gentle muscle toning of the back. This provided all three. When you take your time to realy concentrate on all the moves, you get a great spinal workout routine. If you are a beginner, this is definitely not the one-two-three-four, however, I am not a beginner, so I picked up all the moves without being lead into it. Will do this again when I need a cardio boost and want to make sure I get a great back stretch/strength in.

I found this hard to follow and didn't flow well. It seemed like the music was maybe off too.
