Instructions assume a prior knowledge of moves which left me trying to work out what to do. I know it will get easier with practice, I just would have preferred to have been taken through the moves first :)

I am really sweating!I have been struggling to get back into cardio and this was so much fun and I actually got a pretty good workout. Thank you Ms. Ray. Also, I did the latin and this one back to back. Amazing!

I love this video, it is the closest thing to zumba I can find on gaiam tv. I would love more dance as well!

Great to have this short and sweet dance session. Please add more like these. I love yoga, but sometimes I just want to MOVE.

I use to be a dancer before my kids, and working out just recently became kind of boring, but dancing and working out at the same time??? Now that's something I can do. Added all these videos to my playlist. Going to do one a day plus my current Jillian Michaels training!! :D

Just getting back into exercising ... This is not only fun, but got a great sweat and it was very easy to follow and keep up, while challenging enough to keep my mind off exercising!!! The instructor is darling, too and the music subtle enough not to be annoying.

I get this error for all of the previews of these videos.

Loved the moves and a great workout for a "light" day. Instructor not my favorite. Sounded like she got the script that day.

I loved the moves...the instructor does the moves really well. Only there isn't enough cue time for the next moves...even in the warm up and cool down. I got a little toe-tied when watching this the first time through.. Low-impact which is great as my knees need easy least until I loose some weight.

love the music...definately only for "lighter" days as i did not burn many calories but the instructor has great rhythm and can dance which helped me get into the workout.

Mostly I liked the workout. It got me sweating and moving without really feeling like I was working that hard - it was more fun than anything. But some of the moves - especially the turns - were challenging, and no alternate was provided to keep the intensity going.

I have done Latin, Club and Dance Core Off. Its a good change of pace for more of a low impact day. When you want to burn some calories but not kill yourself. Just wish the music was louder! I think it would be more fun if you could really get into it with the tunes!

I like this combination a lot! I do the Caribbean Groove, Club Dance and Dance Your Core Off all in a row for a nice 50 min low intensity work out. They all do a nice job of working your hips, core and upper thighs. Instructor is easy to follow and the music flows with it nicely. I don't really like exercising so this one is nice because I am having fun and getting a work out. I use this on days I cannot ride my bike or looking for something less intense. I did try the Hot Latin Mix but its not for me. All in all though, I am glad I found it.

I've done both Cardio Club and Core so far, and and they were good low-intensity workouts for days where I just wasn't up for something hardcore. If you are aiming for a high-intensity workout, this won't be it, but it's good for rest days.

Caribbean Groove was fun. Very different from the high intensity workouts from The Firm though. It was a nice low intensity workout.

I did all three in a row and really liked them. The teacher is really fun and easy to follow.

Another fun video from the firm. Good music. Club dance is a good cardio workout, Caribbean has good music but is pretty low-key. Will try Latin next time!
