Sorry but this was not cardio overdrive. Yes I did sweat a little but when I was looking for level 3 and I got this I was disappointed.

This work out really worked up a good sweat and was never boring!

This is a nice cardio workout but I found myself getting confused and lost with the moves.

I used this as a light workout today in lieu of a more intense one a la Jillian Michaels, and although it got me sweating, I was often stopping to look at the very quick change up of moves. I'm not coordinated, and I try to avoid workouts that require a lot of fast change-ups since I'll be staring at the screen more than moving my body, and I wish this workout had stated that it'd be more dance based.

I totally agree with your comment. I gave up---way to many moves!

nice 45 minutes when can't make it to the gym...lots of options. Good low impact workout.

This was a really great workout. It is fully adaptable to any level. I'm a fat 42-year old woman and I was able to do the whole thing without a break. That's because I modified it for my needs. I don't jump (lupus, knee & back injuries) at all I don't do deep lunges or squats. If you are very fit, you will also love it. Lots of BIG movements, squats, lunges, plyometrics and some power running. I can easily see myself continuing to do this workout as my fitness level improves.
