I got bored and quit once I realized you really should have a resistance loop... I tried to create my own resistance, but it's just not as effective!

not a bad workout not as hard as i thought it would be for an hour workout...use to jillian and insanity but trying to find something different because i am getting a little bored with the same workouts everyday...wasnt bad but didnt feel i burned as much as i could have in the hour..

Great for a 35 min. quick Cardio workout. Alison gives great instructions during workout and Emily does great beginner steps for the those who have never done exercises before. I would recommend this tape for those wanting to lose weight and staying fit. Great workout.
