Perfect for when you want a good cardio workout but only have a few minutes to spare.
Really good cuing by Emily!
Probably best for intermediate exercisers like me.

I agree with reyianeem. I'm only doing this because I'm 5 months pregnant. Otherwise I would stick to Jillian.
Is it me or does the video keep stopping during the workout. Causing me to restart the video

The movements are very jerky, and they don't even increase the heart rate or work out the muscles properly. I would rather do Jillian or bob harper any time. They achieve better results in the same 20mins with very good instructions.

I feel like I'm watching a Kristen Wiig character lead a workout. She's difficult to understand and there's way too much down time for a quick workout. I'll take Jillian Michaels any day.
