A lot of workout in 20 minutes -- great moves and cuing!
Now I have no excuse not to fit in some weights and cardio on a busy day :)

I love the cardio bursts they are simple and don't require so much change in movement. This routine however had a lot of knee torching and the knees on the ground were really rough on the knee joints. Less switching and adding on so many moves pre cardio blast would also be more effective. I will try another video to see if it is any different. Thank you.

The video had several motions that torqued my knees and caused me physical pain. The knee was put in positions that were diagonal lunges and that did not feel good. I have taught fitness for 11
years, but there were several movements that felt like they did not flow well going from wide squats to forward lunges. The instructor had great cues and lots of energy however if you have knee pain this might not be your work out.

Love the firm collections and instructors. These are separated into convenient 20-minute segments. Not a second is wasted. Beginners might find these move very quickly, but if you pick up on footwork well, then you will find these to be excellent, efficient workouts. Thanks for adding, gaiam!
