For those of us dealing with adrenal issues, this was a great workout. I sweat a lot and can see how my fitness level has lots of room to improve!

If you're new to exercise, or want to get a feel for The Firm, this is a good introductory workout. I love Allie, she's a fabulous instructor, but these workouts are not as intense as most of The Firm weight/cardio combos. So if you are more experienced, jump into the next segment (which is what I did). I am definitely feeling it, having doubled them. If you haven't had enough after 2, you can always add the third!

I think this is a fun quick warm-up for a strength or HIIT workout. It is also a good quick pick me up workout for a little energy.

Allie workouts always are efficient and fun. Twenty minute workouts are my favorite, because it makes me not dread working out. The workouts in this set leave me with a good burn if I really give the workout my all by going deep into the moves. This workout has sort of a Firm Express feel to it.
