I found this workout challenging enough to break a sweat, but not be exhausted afterwards. If you've done Firm videos before, the moves aren't too difficult to learn. I just had a baby and this helped me start getting back to pre-baby strength.

This is the second of Rebekah's videos I have done, and I am confident in saying she lacks the skill to guide participants in body position and transitional movement, and lacks an overall integrated flow that facilitates improved technique through repetitions. It takes no talent to read off positions like an air traffic controller reading coordinates while all the while hopping and moving the arms. This is the last of Rebekah's videos I will watch.

I have been using several of these videos for over 2 months now and each one stops after about 5 minutes and I have to stop my workout to re-start them. It has happened on every one that I use - PLEASE GET THIS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did the full version, and yes, the cardio segments were challenging, but you have to focus to get them, and that made the whole thing fly by. I definitely broke a sweat, feel like I got some good toning, and really enjoyed the workout. I like it when a video requires your full attention, it keeps me from getting bored.

I have to disagree with the description: "The FIRM Master Instructor Rebekah Sturkie guides you through each move with the care and expertise of a personal trainer. " I found the choreography extremely hard to follow, not because it's difficult (it's not), but because Rebekah doesn't actually do any guiding. I know the ladies of The Firm speak in their own language, but usually I can follow along. But in this video the moves were explained with rapid-fire jargon and abbreviations, and eventually she stops describing them entirely. I don't do a lot of aerobics videos but I do quite a variety, and this is the first time I ever gave up on following along.

The weights portions of the video were very good, and if I hadn't had to just bounce along to the aerobic portions this probably would have become one of my favorites. There are commenters who think it was excellent, so perhaps there is a video that explains the moves? If there is it would be great to mention that in the description because it would probably change my opinion.

This workout is a great total body workout to do when I'm short on time. There are no wasted moves in this video.

This was just the type of workout I needed. I did the 25 minute version as I have a shoulder injury and haven't been active for a while. This helped me get active again. I broke a sweat, worked all of my muscles, and feel energized. A great way to get back into working out. Loved it.

This is a great workout for beginners, or advanced exercisers who are injured or tired. Otherwise, avoid this.

Was slow, did not feel high impact.

This workout is never dull or lackluster. Great total body 45 minute class; intervals for heart/cardio system and strength, with or without weights. Superior.

Excellent workout, really breaks a sweat. Instructor is clear, the moves are never boring and highly varied. Beginners might have trouble with some of this, but just focus on footwork and do the suggested lower modifications. Alternates cardio with strength, though my heart was pumping madly through the strength sections, too. Good ab workout and cooldown at the end. A winner.
