I was looking for a strengthening practice to use on the backside of a short run. This arm and core practice was a perfect balance for all the legwork I had done on the trail. Easy to follow. Great instructor voice.

just did the lower body tone video - it was described as toning glutes, which was why i did it, and it doesn't even come close to doing that... or much else. it wasn't a challenging practice nor was it a good flow. it was a waste of my time and it annoyed me - i don't care how long her athletes hold a pose or how long she held a pose the first time she did it. isn't yoga supposed to be non-competitive and non-comparative?

As a certified yoga teacher gone to pasture... this video gives me hope that I CAN GET BACK... slowly and surely... in fact the Gaim series gives me oggles of options.

Loved this practice, just what my poor ageing tight hips needed. Really felt them loosening up! Merci bien!

I can never seem to watch any video on gaim tv straight through without it stopping several times.good workout though

Make sure you have a good connection to the internet. There are plenty of sites that will do this - just Google "Check connection speed" or some such thing and you'll find them. Remember, it's not what your internet company says it is - they always promote their connections at the highest possible speed. Many users find that they are operating anywhere from 50% down to 25% of what their company says they are paying for, and if you read the fine print, it's all allowed. Good luck.

Really enjoy these segments but please can we have more from gwen Lawrence?

denmichfort, posted on June 1, 2014

I needed to try something new, as I've been doing the same yoga d.v.d's (Shiva Rea Bless her beautiful soul) for 8 years now!! I liked her approach, though I did not find it to be intermediate (I believe it is listed as such?)...more of a beginner 2 though I still appreciated the practice <3 If you are feeling stressed, it will do wonders for you I guarantee (hello hip openers!). Enjoy :D

I did the Express Toning and Core Definition this morning. Whew! Core was especially tough but one that I could already feel working. Love her energetic and fun delivery. Just looking at her gorgeous shape makes me want to keep it up! Great DVD!

npagan685, posted on March 7, 2014

I did the express toning because I was short on time and boy did I get every minute's worth! The moves seem really easy at first, but they become challenging after a while but that's okay, I loved it. I love Gwen's style and I will be watching and following her videos often.

Realgonekitty, posted on January 2, 2014

All quite challenging and fun routines. I feel amazing after each one and she is a lot of fun to watch. Her warmth and energy really come through even if on video. Would LOVE to take a real life class with her!

I love the hip opening at the end! I often hold this stretch beyond the end of video. Thanks

OMG! What a challenge! I just tried the Core definition and express toning videos, I am tighter then I thought! :(
I am a tennis player working on improving my game. For the last four months, I started incorporating tennis specific strengthening exercises and practicing more tennis. I play or practice tennis 5-6 times a week, well some times all seven days! (I love to play tennis! ;) I also workout 3-4 times a week. This has definitely helped my tennis game, but I noticed I am getting tighter on my hips and inner thighs, as well as my lower back. My question is; what is the best way to incorporate Yoga into my workout routine? Can I do yoga daily? should I do it before or after my regular weight baring/lifting exercises? Should I alternate one day Yoga, next day weight lifting? Any advise?!

brightman73, posted on October 2, 2013

Oh my gosh - I want five more DVD's like this!
I can see changes and I like how she uses the strengthening moves with stretching.

I did too! I feel fantastic. I love the flow, the types of moves, and her cuing. I'll be trying more of her videos.

Short and sweet which allows more success in challenging poses. Quick pickmeup if short on time.

jtatum5655, posted on May 10, 2013

Easy to follow instruction with short bursts of challenges. Great core work. I feel energized.

fyew620, posted on January 31, 2013

WONDERFUL. It doesn't matter how advanced you are this will kick your butt and make you want to do it again and again. I feel like I've achieved something.

Terriayers, posted on July 17, 2012

This is the best shoulder opener workout! So happy to have discovered this short 20 minute workout. I have very tight chest muscles and have been looking for a workout to focus on them and this one does it! Thanks you!

bbskyrox, posted on July 12, 2012

Very nice fusion class. I really enjoyed the subtle changes to traditional poses for even more hip and shoulder and back opening. Similar to my teaching style and it was really fun to get a different take on this hybrid practice. I think fusion/hybrid yoga styles, as long as safety is taken into consideration first (which this video does), are the evolution of yoga. I do believe that the traditional practices are important to learn prior to branching out into the new varietals but I think they are totally valid and definitely taking yoga into the future!

With my terrible posture, I was able to understand the importance of rolling one's shoulders back with this exercise. fantastic workout!

ddrantch, posted on May 17, 2012

I really love all of this practice...I especially like the shoulder openers since I have tight shoulders and semi poor posture. I only wish I could play these videos on the iPhone app :(
