I am recovering from surgeries... several over the last few years. Afraid to start yoga for fear of overdoing it this is a perfect start, a wonderful beginning. I adore your voice, Andrea, your gentle encouragement. I made it through without pushing myself too hard but giving my body a gentle challenge. Thank you for partnering me through this lovely class.
