can hardly hear this. tried to practice with my daughter and we had the volume turned all the way up on the video window and on the computer itself, and still could hardly hear :( (for the friendship yoga episode)

- Explains what a nutritionist is
- Talks about "eating a rainbow" - not artificially colored candies made from chemicals/factory but fruits and vegetables from nature
- 5 x a day
- Picks colors and name fruits/veggies; discusses lycopene, betacarotene, darker green the better, allicin in garlic
- Eating a variety has a magnifying effect and helps with SPF of skin
- If don't like food, try different ways and many times (15x)
- A serving size is whatever you can fit in your hand

7 minute video teaching some deep inhales/exhales
- Sit in easy pose or half lotus, spine straight, shoulders and jaw relaxed
- Inhale fill belly, exhale out mouth loud (2x), inhale, exhale nose; inhale exhale nose but also ears - ujayi breath
- Explains kids can do these 3 breaths before a test, whenever stressed
- Exercise of inhaling and exhaling blowing puff balls with a straw (can also use feathers or bubbles)
- Rub hands vigorously then float hands up like clouds then come into prayer pose
- Explains "Namaste" - "the light within me recognizes the light within you" which ends practice

2 minute talk: Kids don't lie down until end of day so they love shivasana where they get to do it during the day.
- Helps build strength, coordination, agility
- Mentally: Lowers stress, calms mind, improves focus & concentration
- Connect with spirit, nature, body & mind together
- Studies show people who do yoga are less overweight, watch what they eat...
- Poses of Animals, Trees etc spark imagination
