Here’s your chance to attend a master class with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, lovingly known as "Gurmukh,” the co-founder and director of Golden Bridge, the premier center for the study and practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. Given her Sikh spiritual name by Yogi Bhajan, Gurmukh means "one who helps thousands of people across the world ocean.”

Filmed live at the Golden Bridge in Los Angeles, Gurmukh's valuable teachings shine through despite the video quality.

Hi there,
I loved this class, a nice change from Nabhi Kriya, I'm wondering what the name of the kriya is because I would love to teach it myself to my class, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
With Gratitude,
Jacqueline

Thank you Gaiam and Gurmukh! I love being able to take classes from her again. She has such beautiful, uplifting and healing energy! Such a mothering healing energy that is transmitted in her classes and teaching. Much love and gratitude to her and to Yogi Bhagan as well.

I am so glad this is here. The video quality to me is fine and does not take away from the class whatsoever. Very excellent introduction for anyone interested in Kundalini yoga.

I love Gurmukh and her videos, especially the prenatal one (so much I even took her prenatal teacher training). I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because it was a bit hard for me to know what was going on in the beginning because it was just filming her and not the audience and she wasn't doing the poses. This was fixed after a bit, so it was easier to follow along. But can't wait to try the other master classes and any other videos she has! Her book "Eight Human Talents" is great too for anyone wanting a deeper look into Kundalini yoga or the chakras.

I know that these classes are filmed horribly. They still make me feel wonderful. Gurmukh is a wonderful teacher in person and on video. I would LOVE to have more classes filmed professionally. These are just really old. Still good, though. :)

I have done Gurmukh's classes before on video and live but I just tried the first master class and it's terrible----I don't know how anyone can learn from that.

Sat Nam! I read a few comments in regards of the "poor quality" of this video and complaints about the teacher. Let me tell you, that the wisdom Gurmukh is sharing and the benefits of Kundalini Yoga are beyond your mind can imagine at your current state. Just keep practicing and be open to learn and you will see beyond. Namaste!

Hi, Instead of putting the camera on the teacher, it would be so much more effective to put the camera on the students doing the positions. Also, why is the teacher constantly fiddling with things around her and never does any of the exercises?

@DANIELLEGODFREY - Thank you so much for your feedback! We will take that into consideration for future productions :).

I love the content, but the quality and stability of streaming are quite subpar.

I have been doing Hatha Yoga for more than 30 years. I truly enjoyed the workout of Kundalini Yoga. However, the video quality is poor and I am not able to download the video to my hard drive so that I can repeat it easily and study the positions. In order to work the various positions into my current routine I must time them and chose the proper sequence. I cannot add the entire routine because my existing workout is already 1 hour and 20 minutes. This format makes incorporating the knowledge into everyday life a little challenging.

I have been doing Kundalini yoga mostly to Ana and Ravi Brett for 5 years now. These master classes are harder. They are a great physical workout but I don't feel the sense of calm I get with the others.

temple47, posted on September 13, 2012

The video quality is not good, and it is hard to hear her, but the content is so wonderful! I am so grateful to have this available to me. I want more!!
